Reflector Telescope
Like McGuyver we are always looking to do, and what might interest the children as "cool things with other people - and open our own - Garbage disposed of to describe. Although our management believes the whole day surfing Ebay as a frivolous waste of company money and, more recently dismissed a criminal offense. We believe it is an essential core of our job description, but that's just between us and an employment tribunal.
On a recent trawl eBay, we found SLR at the lucrative film market. As the entire world has been moving digital, there is a huge blaze of old and cheap film SLR cameras have. Even better is that many manual focus Lenses - useless in this day of electronic sensors and old age - are still picked up in first class working condition and can be an effective peanuts.
Combining the lens with a webcam, and you have an instant digital telescope. The only problem is how to effectively mesh the lens and webcam? One solution would be an appropriate 70mm drain pipe to create mount too. However, it occurred to us that it will be easier to mount either a converter and epoxy it on the tube or, better yet, buy a suitable SLR film had.
We were actually quite bad as the SLR camera, we got in such good condition it was evident by the previous owner. So here is as we have destroyed.
What you need
1. Spare Webcam
2. 200mm telephoto lens suitable SLR film back
3. Or appropriate Pipelines and adapters
Let's go.
First, open the webcam and remove the intact internal PCB and lens.
We need Do not remove the webcam's own lens and disposed. The camera lens will do everything possible to focus on the detector.

If you do not have an old SLR camera again is the best alternative is to use a lens adapter attack and screw it to a suitable 70mm piping and a cap, mount the webcam at 35mm from the end of the lens.

The webcam sensor must be mounted vertically and horizontally central back on the back of the camera.
We put the sensor to a wide strip of plastic, which moved until it is in the perfect position, and this could be fixed in position.
Finally, we knocked out the movie info window and the USB cable is fed.
