This camera has its own specifications. It is 10.2 mega pixel DX format DSLR format cameras meaning no matter how far the image is, you can actually see the true image size, color, etc. It will not be pixilated. It was released by Nikon Company last July 30, 2009. These cameras have a 3.0 inch 230, 000- dot resolution LCD monitor. Also, it has a CCD sensor which is registered to ISO 100- 1600. It is a 3-D tracking Multi-CAM1000 11-point AF which is quite the same as the part of Nikon D200. Like other cameras, it has lock in body auto focus monitor and can also switch to auto focus mode. It uses an electronic rangefinder in order to find or determine the focus.  It produces image format of JPEG. With all of its features, Nikon D3000 has also a certain weakness wherein lacks a functionality of live view wherein the image formed in the focus is not as clear as a healthy sees. Also, it doesn’t produce HD (high definition) quality images.

Nikon has evolved from time to time. During the olden times where digital cameras are not yet available, people are capable of using simple camera wherein you cannot visualize the real image that has been formed and the quality of image is not as clear as images produced by digital cameras. It doesn’t matter what type of camera that you use, the most important thing is that you enjoy yourself taking pictures. Normally, the initial price of these cameras is about $599.
